It's amazing how quickly the first week after having a baby goes by! We were really lucky to have Ruby on a Saturday of a 3- day weekend, because the kids had school off on Monday for Labor Day, we didn't have to worry about getting them off to school while I was in the hospital. Getting home Monday night, and getting Sydney off to school Tuesday morning sure threw us right back into regular, hectic, every day life though! We took a lot of naps, spent hours nursing, cuddling, and just tried to take things as easy as possible. Thanks to camera phones, and many willing photographers, we have a lot of candid, sometimes blurry, pictures... and I love them all! Ruby is perfect, and we are all smitten with her...
